No More Long Distance RunningSo my Physio says today. She tells me it is Chronic. I havent had a decent run now since I did a 10k beginning of May.It was after that that I decided enough was enough, I needed to get some relief from a fairly constant pain or burning sensation, at my heel which, strangely enough, seemed to lessen after a couple of miles. It was sore to touch and uneven. Advice on the web was (RICE),Rest,Ice,Compression and Elevation.
