Achilles Tendonitis

Back in 2001, I sustained a rupture of the Achilles tendon which was not diagnosed for 2 months. Using the tendon in my big toe, a tendon transfer was used since there was a massive gap present. Anyone else had this type of Achilles repair performed?

Yes, I had the big toe tendon transfer to the achilles tendon in 2002. I have had no problems (fingers crossed) since, except that now I am having trouble with the other foot. What is your question?
