My problem is that if I have anything under my arch i am in a ton of pain.The doc wrapped my foot with a pad under my arch well it felt better to remove the pad.
also I was told that shoes with good support will help, i have had more problems with good support shoes than when I wear my crappy tennis shoes without tying them and no support.
Any ideas
