Achilles Tendonitis

i am wondering if there could be a serious achilles injury if there is no swelling. My daughter hurt it playing soccer,it hurts to the point where she can hardly walk, but there is no swelling.

Yes, she could have injured it with minimal to no swelling. If she can hardly walk, she needs to see a doctor so she can receive proper treatment.
