BlistersI will be running the Dublin marathon in 5 weeks. I ran a half marathon recently as part of my training and the balls of my feet and toes are covered in blisters making it very painful to train.
I have blister-free socks and correctly fitted trainers but still suffer. What suggestions are there to fix the immediate problem to allow me to train and to stop/reduce the problem recurring.
