bone spur behind achilles tendon
I am to have surgery to remove a bone spur behind where the achilles tendon is attached to my heel in January. I was told the procedure would include the tendon being "split" lengthwise and then "screwed" back into my heel. Has anyone every had this procedure done and if so how did it go?
