MAJOR PAIN OUTSIDE OF FOOT BELOW ANKLE

I hope someone can help me with diagnosing this problem. Turning my ankle to the outside causes lots of pain. I can barely walk on it. Doc said tendonitis and gave NSAIDS. 2 weeks and no better. My foot actually hurts from just below the ankle from 1 side to the other. My achilles tendon also stays sore. Raising up on my toe also causes pain. This came on all of a sudden with no injury. HELP!!!!!!!
