Good Day, I have some pain in my achilles tendon after walking or slow jogging. I have read info on topic treatments. I'm r classic weekend warrior so warming up, etc will be part of my routine now. I would like to get my support in my shoe. I also would like to do exercises if re any. re exercises is re a foot insole support can help? thanks r time! Ken

There are heel supports and a heel lift may be all you need. The exercises should involve stretching rather than strengthening. If you continue to have pain, you should see a podiatrist for a thorough evaluation.
