If I only strained or sprained se as, how long will I feel discomt how long will I need to rest leg bee I get back to normalcy. Is it possible to rupture tendon by using it while it's sprained?

If there is pain in your achilles, your body is telling you something is wrong. If you do exercise with pain, you can rupture your tendon. You probably have achilles tendinitis which is inflammation of the tendon. However, you should also be diagnosed properly so you can be treated correctly. Therefore, you shold see a podiatric or orthopaedic surgeon. Until then, I would not exercise too much becuase you risk worsening the injury. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
