pain,advice really appreciated!Hi,I hve been going too the gym for almost a year 4 or 5 times a week,gradually building up to a workout of 1 hr 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins weight resistance and toning.Last week while on a cross trainer I felt a strain in the back of my leg,I carried on and went the day after as well but the pain got worse.It feels like a nervy type of pain down the back of the calf but down to just under my heel and round the front of my ankle.I hvent been to the gym for 6 days and have rested my leg but the pain is still there constantly and doesnt really ease,It also feels warm around my calf.Any advice would really be appreciated as I want to get back to my routine asap.thankyou for your time x
