top foot walking painMy right foot hurts when I get up to walk. I limp for several steps before it begins to loosen up enough to walk without pain. It tends to turn slightly inward at the ankle and arch when I walk. The pain is right at the point where my ankle blends in to the top of my foot. It hurts less to walk if I walk on the ball and toes of my foot. What is causing this pain?
Re: top foot walking painIt is probably plantar fasciitis which you can read more about under the heel pain section of podiatrychannel.com. However, it may also be a tendonitis. Therefore, you should see a podiatrist to be propelry diagnosed and treated.
