Nearly two years ago I fell in a parking lot on ice. The pain in my ankle was so severe and the immediate swelling led me to assume I had a fracture. Well it was not, but since that incident I can sneeze the wrong way and something snaps in both sides of my left ankle causing severe pain and swelling. This last time it happened I was barely able to bear weight but my life is so busy that I worked through the pain and it is finally starting to ease up now.
