Shattered ankle/broken Tibia

I shattered my ankle bone and broke my tibia nearly 5 years ago. I had the 1st surgery that left me with 5 screws in the ankle bone and a metal plat and screws in the tibia. After months of visiting the fracture clinic I thought I was going to my last appointment, unfortunately not I was told I now needed a bone graft.
