Athlete's Foot

about two years ago I had a bad case of athletes foot on both of my feet and it finally went away after a year but know it has spread to my left hand and it hasnt went away at all and i have had it for a little over a year. At first just little bumps would come up and pop then go away, but know a lot of bumps come to the surface and finally when they pop it leaves are raw spot and continues to discharge clear or yellowish liquid. It has know spread to both sides of my hand and on some of my fingers. Any advise would help I am desperate.
