athletes foot

Post a new topicby Guest on Sun Aug 11, 2002 2:39 am

This summer a lot of shoe stores came out with shoes call mushrooms. They are made with flexible plastic, but do have holes on top as a design. My daughter wants a pair, but can they cause athletes foot? She has a friend who has them and says that they are very comfortable, and she wears them without socks all the time.

Any shoe cancause athlete's foot if you wear it too much or do not clean your feet properly. Therefore, I would let her get the shoes and just make sure she does not wear them everyday so they have a chance to air out .
