I have a lot of moisture between my toes and have developed a hole between the last two toes. This moisture also causes quite an odor. Is this athletes's foot? I am using Lotramin currently, and now the area is becoming dried and scaly. PLEASE HELP!

It probably is athlete's foot but you should see a podiatrist to make sure it is not infected as well. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
