Is it Athlete's Foot?

Post a new topicby Guest on Mon Apr 15, 2002 2:58 pm

For several months I have had dry peeling between and under the three littlest toes, but no itching. It's a bit red. I thought it was just dead skin peeling, but even with mild exfoliation there's been no change. Now it seems to be devolping an odor like I remember from my Father's Athlete's Foot. I put some Anti-fungal cream on and it stung a little. Is it? Thank you very much.

It may be athlete's foot but it also could be many other conditions such as eczema. Therefore, if the anti-fungal cream does not work after two weeks, you should see a podiatrist for a proper diagnosis.
