My son has a severe problem his feet. He has been to a doctor who prescribed Lotrim. Nothing seems to work. His feet cracked his heels bleeding.y extremely dry flakey.I don't know if has any connection, his far's legs extremely dry y look like skin on an aligator. You may want to try vaseline on the heals with cotton socks at night. You may also want to reurn to the doctor and explain that the lotrimin has not helped. He could possibly prescribe a cortisone cream to soften the skin if he feels it is necessary.
