20 yrs old I just had surgeryIt’s been hard. I’m a 20 year old young woman who has never worn sandals. It’s my dream and it’s becoming a reality. Some girls dream about their wedding day, I wanted new feet. Luckily I found a surgeon in orlando to perform the surgery and I had a job whose insurance plan covered the $52,431.51 tab (thats is just for my left foot!).

She is an anthropologist whose background includes biological, cultural and medical anthropology. Denise has worked with numerous <a href="http://www.womenforworldhealth.org/">volunteer medical missions</a> organizations in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Latin America. From 1999- 2006 she was Director of Operations for Plasticos Foundation, a volunteer group of plastic/reconstructive surgeons who travel to developing nations performing free surgeries on children with birth defects or other traumatic injuries.

This is my dream for 10 years now... my life evolves around getting this dream to come true. It's very expensive and unfortunattly I don't have insurance as I don't live in the USA.
