I am a 50 yr old female from India. This condition is very common there. Lucky me inherited it from my father who had a bad case where his 4th toes were very short and he barely had the toenails visible. Besides the toes were ugly. None of the pics I have seen are so bad. I can relate to the pain everyone suffers. My father didnt care and wore open foot ware. He used to be insensitive and make cruel jokes and call me 2 toes up. I am too embarassed to show my toes to anyone.
