Funny ToeHi all,

Re: Funny ToeHi Camille -
I wanted to reply by saying that I think you are really amazing. When I was 15 there is no way I would have been as open about my toes as you are. It's funny - I can look at your bravery and think that is the correct way to be - very open about it - and yet it can be difficult to overcome our own individual shyness/embassassment/etc... I applaud you for not letting this genetic defect determine what you will and won't do. I avoided things like public swimming, running on the beach, yoga classes, etc... for far too long. I have always fantasized about surgery to correct my toes but I recently broke a toe in a river accident and have been in a foot boot and on crutches and unable to walk. This certainly makes me reconsider a voluntary operation that requires being off one's feet for a few months and includes a skin graft. It's too bad we can't all accept ourselves as we are more easily. But good for you for starting at an early age. I'm proud of you too!
