This time when I had the colonoscopy I was put totally out. I wa sin la la land.................not liek th e others I had before...............wheer I was in and out. Oh well I amnot goignto worry too much. I have to trust that they know what they are doing...cold and all.

It is so cold here and I really hate it...................can't wait for the nice weather.....

Well I will say goodnight and I will let you know how it goes. Thanks for all your support. It helps.

Louise, Hi! How are you doing? I hope that your surgery went well and that you aren't in much pain. Remember to keep it elevated! It really helps. Also, ice, ice, ice. Be sure to take your pain meds as directed because if you wait until you need them it takes too long for them to work. Let me know how you are ok? I'll be thinking of you.

I tried sedning you an email to your personal address, but for some reason it would not send at my daughters house...she just got verizon vios and I could not send from my laptop............s

I want to tell you I am just fine.........................went in at 4pm and was back inbmy room at 5:15 or so.

No pain all night last night and very little today. My daughter is being such a great nurse. She is making sure I am iced and elevated. My doctor told me for 48 hours to keep elevated, crutches and ice. If I have to walk and don't use the crutches then I should put my weight on my heel. I have not really gotten up too much............to clean up, bathroom, and into the bedroom. I guess after tomorrow night, I won't have to ice all day and night. Right?

I go back to the doctors on Monday.

So thank you so much.....................for all your support. I am so glad I did this finally. My BP was perfect!

Just respond to this email and I will get it tomorow.

Louise, I'm so glad that you're doing well. Thank God that it's over right? Just remember to take it easy and don't rush it. I'll just tell you, you may have more pain tomorrow. They put some kind of numbing stuff in there when they do the surgery and it lasts for a good while. I had more pain on about the third day. I did have pain, quite a bit for the first ten days or so. It would hurt when I first got up and hung it down. This last surgery did the same way. But I wouldn't sit still like I should. I always tried to do my normal stuff when I really should've just let it go. So take it easy. It's great that your daughter is helping you. I don't know what I'd do without my son and hubby too. They're good to me when I need them.
You take care and keep me posted. Do you have any screws or pins? Did the dr. think everything went well? Glad that your bp was perfect. You must have calmed down. lol
