Bunions - Flouroscopic Micro Surgery

Has anyone had this done? I'm assuming this is more of a cosmetic surgery for bunions. A small incision is made, the bone is carved down, and away you go, with little or no time off your feet. My bunions are getting large but I don't have a lot of pain yet. I wear roomy shoes and orthotics but it sure would be nice to wear regular shoes. Any input would be appreciated.
