I just got off crutches yesterday. I was on them a month (which was long enough by the way). My first full day of walking in the boot was uneventful and I hope my ankle becomes stronger. I can live with the boot (at least for now) . I’m kind of unsure what happens next. I suspect I’ll be in the boot a few more months… but after that? I don’t know. I hope to be a success story. I’ll keep looking on the bright side as long as I can.
