I am 51 and was diagnosed with CMT about 12 years ago. My mother was in a wheelchair, my brothers legs are tiny(just bones), my half brother and his 18yr old daughter are both in a wheelchair. My oldest son has it also. I am going through such a hard time with it. I have lots of muscle in my legs but I have severe pain. My legs hurt all the time. My muscles are wassting away in my feet.
