I just had surgery to remove my bunion surgery entailed cutting open my three toes in middle inserting pins in m also placing a cut on bone is my big toe. My question is, is re any or way procedure could have been done out much cutting n scaring? I thing after it has healed, I will have a sc of a long cut on top of my foot is quite visible also scs on top of my toes. If is procedure, or steps could I take medical insurance will cover to get rid of scars?

This is the only way to fix bunion sand hammertoes. However, there are creams available like mederma that help skin heal with very minor scars. Therefore, you may want to buy one of these at your local drug store if you are concerned. You do not need a prescription for most of these.
