I have been experiencing decreased range of motion pain in both of my big toes recently learned from x-rays I have bunions beginning to m. I have been more conscious of footwear choose good shoes a wide toe box. I find flexion of each toe is quite painful I wondering if gentle flexion of se joints is contraindicated in condition? Is re anything else I can do now to prevent bunions from worsening?
