Hi. I have looked everywhere on web inmation about Laser Surgery bunions Is possible- or at least in future? Where may I read more about possibilities? I do not want pins in my feet. My condition is hereditary i'm 29.

Laser surgey only involves cutting the skin with a laser rather than a scalpel. There is no proven benefit from this. I do not know of anywhere on the web that has info on this because it is not beneficial. Pins and screws are excellent ways to fix bunions and will be around for a long time. Therefore you should probably have surgery before you develop arthritis.
