I am trying to get inmation about a procedure called Minimally Invasive Surgery bunions permed in doctors office. procedure utilizes smaller skin incisions less soft tissue dissection. procedure is permed using a local anestic. underlying bone spur or calccium deposit is filed down or reduced. An elastic bage is applied a surgical shoe is worn out of office. can ususally leave office walking a few days off r feet a rapid return to ambulation. Have heard of procedure do know of any pros or cons. Is it considered experiemental. If know of it do know success rates conpd to traditional surgery. Thank very much.

This surgery is possible as long as the bunion is very small. If it is a larger bunion, the bone will have to be cut to realing it properly.
