Could i use salacytic acid to reduce the scar tissue and enucleate a heloma durum which has been present for five years.

Acid will not reduce scar tissue and a heloma will come right back because you are not eliminating the cause which is a bony prominence. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
