As I approach the first anniversary of my diagnosis, I feel the need to write this down and perhaps share my story.

For the past 7years i have lived with fibromyalgia. I was in an abusive relationship and my DR. believes that is how i got my disease, I am out of the abusive relationship but my pain is getting worse I havent been sleeping very well and my pain is to the point to where I can hardly walk because it hurts so bad. My neck my shoulders my hips and my lower back stays in flamed at all times. My Dr. wants me to try green tea to detox my body, have you heard of this? I dont know any one with our disease so any help from you would be greatly appreaciated:)
