As a child was in a car accident and had my feet compressed under a seat. I understand your pain. I have had a couple of surgeries on my feet and kneews through the years and as I have gotten a older it hasn't gotten any better. On the contrary. I have been diagnosed with severe osteo-arthritis. Relief has come with deept tissue massage therapy, spa pedicures, cortisone injections when it get prettty bad, this helps out for about a month or up to two, and the night splint. I dont's take pain killers, just aleve. Swimming and stationary bike improve the circulation and walking ... on better days. Also important is a balanced weight and diet ... I know that's the hard part. Try the massage it will bring some relief and ice. Hope this helps.
