foot pain for about 10 minutes when I start to exercisewhen I start any aerobic exercise, I get foot pains for about 10-15 minutes then it goes away. someone suggested poor circulations. it is as though my feet needs to warm up but the pain is very acute for the 10-15 minutes then goes away. does anyone have any idea what this might be?
