Good evening
I am a 34 yr old female,and for the last couple of days have had a tingling sensation in my left foot.The main area being my 2 middle toes,which also have a burning sensation,and are very sensitive when touched.
Could this be gout as a couple of friends seem to think that gout only affects the large toes ???

Although gout can affect other toes besides teh big toe, gout normally causes more pain than just tingling. You may have a Morton's neuroma which you can read more about under the conditions section of podiatrychannel.com. However, in order to be properly diagnosed, you should see a podiatrist.
