I am a 43 y/o male. The past 2 months,
I have had a severe pain in my middle and second to last toe. It feels like
they are going to explode. It is real bad when I try to walk on it. There is a throbbing pressure. I know the big toe gets affected with gout, but Im not sure about the others. Any answers?? Thanks, Dan

If you have had gout before, there is a good chance that it has affected these two toes as well. Therefore, you should see a podiatrist so you can be diagnosed and treated properly.
