Gout from an injury

I had a car accident a three years ago. It pretty severe to Vehicle my only problem began a sore ankle. After 3 weeks of soreness MRI no diffinitive conclusion pain would come go. problem n moved down my foot to my arch n to my big toe. It n I diagnosed Gout. I do not eat shell fish (Kosher issue) nor do I drink or than Friday night enough wine a blessing maybe 3 to 4 times a year I may have something. I eat red meat once every 10 to 14 days. prior to being diagnosed is similiar today. only difference today is I have eliminated from my diat Salmon, Liver or foods known to elivate ones Uric Acid. I did not eat those types of foods in excess bee, have elimanted m because of Gout. I have read on Web site of hington University, can not find in any Medical text book Gout can be caused by a trauma to a joint. Can provide any inmation to assist me in my search.
