If I eat protein-rich diet, I get inflammation of joints (any one joint) in 2 or 3 days. situation is complicated accumulation of gas in body pain around inflammated joints. Is re any permanent treatment gouty arthritis or is it only diet restriction?

Actually, if you have had gout in the past, there are many medincines available that help prevent attacks and/or decrease the pain of an attack. These include colchicine, indocin, and allopurinol. You should see your doctor and ask about these medicines. If you have any further questions, please write back.
