what foods can be and what foods can't be eaten whilst i have gout?

Normally sweets and red meats are the two worst things to eat. Also, alcohol can aggravate gout as well. A low cholesterol diet is very similar to a good diet to eat to prevent gout.

I am a Uni. Student in NZ, can you provide me the information on gout i.e. its causes, symptoms, cures, and management. Also any dietaty and medicinal information.
