i'm diabetic, hypertensive, recently dx/gout in ankle. rx indocin. bp now 194/86 in spite of vasotec 10 mg X2 twice/daily, norvasc & maxide.. what shall i do?

You need to have your medicines adjusted by your primary care physician as wel as an endocrinologist for your diabetes.
