I have almost constant joint pain and fatigue due to not sleeping well. The Dr. says my uric acid count is high and he says I have gout. Do you agree?

If you have had multiple gouty attacks in the past, arthritis may have occurred in your joints. However, an episode of gout is characterized by intense pain for a limited amount of time. Therefore, your sypmtoms are not typical of a gouty attack.
