Mystery PainI am a 39Yr. old man with a pain in my right foot. I have always been in the practice of ignoring any pain for a period of three weeks before taking any action. This system has always served me well as most pain seem to disappear within that time frame, if it goes over, well then I may have something that I need to look at. Five weeks ago I began feeling pain in my right foot in the area of the Cuboid, Navicular and Lateral Cuneiform Bone area. The pain at times seems to penetrate from top to bottom through my foot and also spreads often to the Talus area in my ankle. The pain is constantly dull and occasionally sharp. Rotating my foot or ankle in any way seems to flare up the pain. Are there any ideas what my be causing this? Thanks for your help.
