IS IT COMMON TO HAVE GOUT OUT ANY PAIN IN TOE. MINE IS NOT LOCAL, RADIATES AROUND ANKLE A MOSTLY.

Most gout does effect the big toe joint. However, some types of gout can attack the heel. Therefore, although it is not as common as in the toes, it is also not unusual. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
