I AM A DIABETIC 43 YRS. I AM 50 YEARS OLD. I HAVE CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE, I AM INSULIN DEPENDENT,I TAKE DEMADEX 200 MG PLUS OR MED. LAST 2 WEEKS I HAVE HAD PAIN IN BIG TOE OF MY LEFT FOOT ALSO FOOT. MY DR. DID BLOOD WORK, MY URIC ACID IS HIGH ABOUT 38 OR 48 I THINK. MY QUESTION IS CAN I DO TO HELP GET RID OF PAIN. STEPS CAN I TAKE TO PREVENT IT

There are medicines to help the pain and also prevent gout from occurring by lowering your uric acid level. However, a high uric acid level does not mean you definitely have gout. Therefore, you should see a podiatrist so your foot pain can be properly diagnosed. Have a nice day and please write back if you have any further questions.
