Have any of you used tart cherry concentrate for gout relief? I was thinking of suggesting it to a friend and wanted to see if there were success stories out there. I've checked www.berriesforlife.com and they give a lot of literature, in addition to selling the product in concentrate and pill forms . . .

I am a Uni. Student in NZ.Can you provide me some information about gout i.e. causes, symptoms, cures and management. Also any dietary and medicinal information. Can you also provide me the website that I can use to find the information on gout.
