One spot on the very top of my right foot is very painful but only when touched and when the foot is in a certain position. It seems to be at the highest point of the top of the foot (like the center). What could this be?

This could be anything from a pinched nerve, arthritis or even a stress fracture. You need to see a podiatrist if the problem persists.
