I had hammertoe surgery on the second and third toes of my left foot, 3 weeks ago. My two toes didn’t even appear crooked, but my third toe was bending under my second one, some. I had continuous pain on the ball of my left foot for almost 2 years, and my right knee stayed sore, from carrying the extra weight. I’m a letter carrier and am on my feet lots at work.
