claw toes - self treatmentI have recently discovered that I have an early stage claw toe problem on the middle toes of my right foot. I am nearly 62, in excellent health and quite fit. Based on my online research, and health status, there are no disease-related issues in my case. I live in Indonesia, where medical care is suboptimal and there are no specialty resources, such as podiatry. Hence, I am exploring online for insight.
Based on what I have read online I have learned that I may be able to partially manage this problem at home through a combination of regular stretching of the toes and the use of some devices, especially when I play golf and exercise (I discovered the problem when my right middle toe became painful every time I walked the golf course.) I have just ordered (from FootSmart) a few toe trainers, which I intend to try, at least when playing sports. Is there any experience or guidance available on self treatment?
