Hammertoes/Claw Toes

What Are the different degrees of hammertoes? My 14 year old, Volleyball and Basketball playing daughter seems to be getting this disorder. Over the last 6 months she has gone from normal to clawed toes and a super high arch when she's not in shoes. Is there pictures of a foot with different degrees or progressional type pictures of a normal foot to one that is real bad? I'd like to judge where she is in this process.
