Nerves are definitely damnaged in the area of your sacrum. Your lower lumbar and sacral nerves control your feet. This is why you are having these sensations in your feet. The toe is pulling downward because there are two groups of muscles in your feet; the flexors and the extensors. The nerve to the extensors is damaged so the flexors are functioning unopposed. This causes your toe to want to bend down. Hopefully, the inflammation will decrease and normal sensation will return. However, if I were you, I would bring your MRI to a neurologist so they can examine you as well. Furthermore, you can also ask other questions to the Forum at www.neurologychannel.com. Have a nice day and good luck.
