I apologize for you not receiving an answer. I can tell you that it is normal for your second toe to be a little longer than your first toe. However, if it is very long, you can have it shortened. This would involve removing a piece of bone from the second toe so the toe will be shorter. However, there are always possible complications during and after surgery and you will have a scar form the surgery. Therefore, if is does not cause you any pain, I would suggest that you leave it alone. However, if you must have it fixed, surgery is an option. Have a nice day and I apologize for the late response.
